Measured while verifying this PR's own run (#1156): lint-and-test and
backend-unit-tests have no needs: between them, so when BOTH runners are
online they run in parallel - sum 283s against a 250s wall clock, with
lint-and-test claimed by fedora-laptop and backend-unit-tests by the VPS
runner. Correcting the note so the script does not overstate the problem.
