test(uat): add live UAT API test suite + UAT test case document
- backend/tests/test_uat_live_api.py: 55 read-only pytest tests against the
deployed UAT stack (uat.ai-automation-hub.tech) covering meta endpoints,
auth/RBAC, library/search, TNA (stats/orders/filters/lifecycle/watchdog),
boards, moodboard, scraper, fabrics, feed, notifications, and PWA artifacts
(sw.js, manifest, icons, offline media SW routes). Structural assertions
only — safe on the prod-synced UAT environment.
- backend/tests/conftest.py: add --base-url option to target any deployment.
- backend/pytest.ini: register the 'uat' marker.
- docs/test-cases/uat-test-cases.md: TC-001..TC-153 matrix (55 automated +
23 manual mutation/LLM/browser cases) with sign-off checklist.
Verified: 94 passed (39 existing unit + 55 new live UAT) against commit 2e390bf.
