Transcript of Design Library & Workflow

Speaker A (00:12)

So while I am just loading, what was so far the direction I am going in, I am giving you an update in the guide to this thing. One is it has to be garments and fabrics.

Speaker A (00:24)

How they intertwine you have to figure out in the thing. I know it has to be a Pinterest kind of feel and all that stuff, all that basic stuff we already know.

Speaker A (00:33)

I see this as the following. My intention is to redefine how design takes place in company.

Speaker A (00:42)

So today, if the workflow is that we get direction and mood boards and etc from buyers that we work with and we have constant research we are doing in the market of what trends are and fabrics are, what are we doing it for? At the end is to show collections to our buyers so that they can select

Speaker A (01:00)

or get inspired or basically get business from it. So what the goal is and suppose what we try to build is that there are suppose 2-3 buckets.

Speaker A (01:13)

One bucket is the word, not what we have done. We have certain buyers, they each will tell you that each department that we look at these 6 brands as what we follow.

Speaker A (01:26)

So those brands what the people are following, whichever the leading brands are, we are constantly through technology scraping them and figuring out everything that is new in their website, in their collections, A to Z, right? And creating a bank of that which can be accessed by anyone.

Speaker A (01:46)

Second bucket is our own collections. So everything that we have produced, developed, etc.

Speaker A (01:52)

that is there in that. The third bucket is sort of more interactive bucket which is saying what do today we want to create.

Speaker A (02:00)

So what we create today will be something to do with those two buckets. So it could start with someone, maybe a mood board or some just direction by voice or by keyboard or something.

Speaker A (02:12)

I am meeting with Zara Men's department, I want to make a collection of 25 shirts. The direction so far is here is the mood board or here is the mood board I want to focus on embroidered with this thing.

Speaker A (02:22)

Whatever the directions are, right? So what I wanted to do is it will go first and look at what we have made.

Speaker A (02:29)

That matches that, right? First it will decipher the mood board.

Speaker A (02:34)

Suppose it is a mood board. It will put in front of the user, this is what the mood board is asking for.

Speaker A (02:39)

That will be accurate. The user can then once refine it, say no, no, but don't look at jackets, don't look at bottoms, look at this.

Speaker A (02:45)

Look at these parts of the mood board. And now that's my final ask.

Speaker A (02:51)

So first is to decide the ask. After the ask is here looks at our own repository, finds everything that is closest matching and presents it to the person.

Speaker A (02:59)

Here are the 50 items that match your thing. Now out of the 50, you can select 10, 12, 50, whatever he wants, I like these 50, whether the sample is there not there.

Speaker A (03:09)

What does that do? Like I saw in Aaron, what he does is for every meeting, he is making like a Excel or a sheet where he has essentially got 20 items.

Speaker A (03:19)

Where he is trying to get it to closure. What are those placeholders almost, right?

Speaker A (03:23)

Some are very clear that this is the only item, some are that I need a embroidered resort color shirt or some is a … You get what I am going to say, right? So it's essentially first from our own making, some are populated, whether we have the sample or whether it's a concept.

Speaker A (03:38)

Then it also looks at what's going on in the world and suggests ideas again in terms of that. And you can select from that.

Speaker A (03:44)

Then it should also look at fabrics we have available. So it should lead what to a person like Aaron or our design team is.

Speaker A (03:52)

It should lead to saying, okay, very clearly. Yeh it already hai.

Speaker A (03:56)

Abhi nahe ko do din ke under from getting the mode board. I can tell my fabric team, I need to resource these 10 things.

Speaker A (04:03)

I don't have this. Which is needed in the mode board, needed in the brief.

Speaker A (04:06)

So, and another thing one could do is, we can use this AI only to send the presentation to the buyer within a few days. Or it could be one day also tomorrow, right?

Speaker A (04:18)

Of, based on the direction of the concepts, a very curated list. Let them react.

Speaker A (04:25)

They can say haan yeh five achha laga, yeh ismeh yeh comment, yeh comment. We take that comments in and come up with a new, that 20 like haa iron ka sheet.

Speaker A (04:34)

Now this is a refined one, this thing which they will definitely like. And then we go about making the actual physical samples or whatever, or picking it from our collection, whatever we have.

Speaker A (04:43)

And then we have a final as such called presentation for the buyer. This is the way I've been thinking so far.

Speaker A (04:50)

Now, this is for example, some, it's the current thing we made. This is live, right?

Speaker A (04:57)

This is based on some, our only samples. So when you have something, I mean this has got very few items, but let's say you click on something.

Speaker A (05:06)

It's got all the details over here. Right?

Speaker A (05:10)

It's got category. Toil, there are back, back view.

Speaker A (05:15)

Let me change, let's just, maybe the second photo. That all, that all customizable.

Speaker A (05:19)

Don't, don't want to design comments right now. The idea is just to see what the functionality is today.

Speaker A (05:25)

The functionality is all the information comes. So what we are trying to tell the team is, and I had a meeting already twice with Aaron, is as soon as a sample comes to the office, they are already taking a photo.

Speaker A (05:37)

He's trying to tell his girls that would make presentations for me every collection that keeps coming. So he has it stored what he's made.

Speaker A (05:43)

Instead, this only will do what? They upload a photo here.

Speaker A (05:46)

It generates a QR item number for it, which anyways, they're making a physical tag today. Okay.

Speaker A (05:51)

So that QR code is going to be there for each garment. Like this today, if you scan it on your phone, this works.

Speaker A (05:58)

Scan it. It actually will open this page.

Speaker A (06:04)

The side one. May I put it?

Speaker A (06:07)

Yeah. So it actually takes you to this page, so anyone can see this. Right?

Speaker A (06:15)

So this is one part of it, and then we'll in that know whether the sample is available, and where it's available. So the idea there is to do what?

Speaker A (06:25)

Whenever samples are made, and they are there, because there's a QR code, let's say if Aaron is sending 25 mamas to Delhi, which is wrong. His team will just scan the 25, and in bulk, they will just put there, move to Delhi, being courier.

Speaker A (06:39)

So the system knows it's been moved as a gunshot to Delhi. When the Delhi person receives it, they inward it, same way.

Speaker A (06:46)

Except they've taken the repository. So you always know where your samples also are.

Speaker A (06:50)

That's another functionality. Now, same way this is there, we'll have to make for fabrics.

Speaker A (06:57)

Now, idealistically, like completely ideally, each of these garments, or whichever ones you know, could have another tab here, like an entry saying, this is the child, which is the fabric. And when you click on that, it takes to the entry of the fabric.

Speaker A (07:12)

And when you click on a fabric, you could potentially see all the linked garments to it, that you have. But we won't necessarily have all the fabrics actually entered into the, you know what I'm saying?

Speaker A (07:21)

But it'll be, that's okay. We'll have some only fabrics, some only garments, but eventually we'll have a whole light, like a tree.

Speaker A (07:29)

And then we'll have to make sure that the fabric is made of samples. So that entries can happen.

Speaker A (07:35)

Now, what we can do is we can make boards out of this. So the concept was, these library entries are not duplicated.

Speaker A (07:43)

There are one original entry, but the same entry can live in 100 boards. Right?

Speaker A (07:50)

So you could make a board saying it's for Sveira, this, this, this, and you've got a collection of things you've made for Sveira. Now, others can also see that board as a collection, but ideally what we can do is when they come and suppose this is your board.

Speaker A (08:04)

You can say, I want this for my buyer, woman, or. So you can select that item and add it to your board also.

Speaker A (08:11)

Right? So that's what I have to do with boards. Then the idea is mood boards.

Speaker A (08:16)

When you get a mood board, it will, like this is already working, but it's not. It will be much better.

Speaker A (08:21)

Right? You upload a mood board, you give it, press the decode, it decodes. Why don't we, instead of explaining to me like this, why don't we take a live example and do it and see the.

Speaker B (08:35)

Hello?

Speaker A (08:38)

Yeah. 120, you'll know. Take care.

Speaker A (08:44)

So what are you loving? Can I talk to you later?

Speaker A (08:50)

Yeah, yeah, you can. Yeah.

Speaker A (08:54)

But it's just better you take dash jive once and then that, because then how will he, we have to number twice. I don't know.

Speaker A (09:00)

It doesn't matter. Can you do a live mood board thing?

Speaker A (09:13)

But it will take around five minutes because currently it's taking a lot of resources. So.

Speaker A (09:17)

Okay.

Speaker B (09:18)

So just one second.

Speaker A (09:19)

I'm saying, it's not explaining to you, let's do a minute it takes time. Let's do a live.

Speaker A (09:26)

Then. We can do it with the images also.

Speaker B (09:27)

I'm not going to explain to you.

Speaker A (09:28)

I'm going to say that what is the goal of a mood board. I'm trying to say right now it's taking out the color palettes.

Speaker A (09:34)

It's taking out some whatever. What, what I want your help to decide is not do it.

Speaker A (09:38)

It's to say that when it looks at a mood board, what I had in my mind is we can classify colors, prints, fabrics, shapes. Suppose these are the four things I can think of.

Speaker A (09:50)

It makes four very nice sections and not, it doesn't just give colors. It puts the actual mood board image next to it or something and in some way like that, right?

Speaker A (10:03)

Like relevant whatever. Maybe for colors, I don't know how important it is, but some, so it has to be audio.

Speaker A (10:08)

Sorry, not audio. It has to be infographical.

Speaker A (10:10)

Like it has to be visual with the information. And then eventually what I want to figure out is what should the next step be then?

Speaker A (10:17)

Should it show you fabrics you have in your library that match it? Should it show you garments that match it?

Speaker A (10:22)

Or does it come next as a step? But I think we are going far ahead.

Speaker A (10:25)

Let's get the basics going. Let's get the mood board analyzed.

Speaker A (10:30)

Let's get the mood board analyzed. Let's get the mood board.

Speaker A (10:31)

I also showed you. I've done, I also have done three for ten.

Speaker A (10:34)

The extraction of the mood board will happen. That's already, it's very easy.

Speaker A (10:39)

Let's do that. That is still, I'm struggling with that.

Speaker A (10:42)

So let's take mood board extraction. Can you tell me, us, that if you put a mood board, what do you want from it?

Speaker A (10:49)

Extraction of the type of garments that is relevant to us. Okay.

Speaker A (10:53)

So can you just help define that little bit more? Because that will help us to be able to give you.

Speaker A (10:57)

He has to work with the design team. Because they will be able to tell him.

Speaker A (10:59)

I mean, it's not about me. No, design team, so that's why I started talking about concepts.

Speaker A (11:06)

Okay. Fine. You told me, let's talk specifics.

Speaker A (11:09)

Let's talk specific. My reason to come to you from my angle was to understand how it's one ecosystem.

Speaker A (11:15)

Like how you wrote Gunjan ka comment today that she sent us selection of her, some garments. You wanted her to share the context why it's shared.

Speaker A (11:22)

So I am not solving for that today. That's why I started thinking, okay, how do I build that kind of a thought process into my, this thing.

Speaker A (11:29)

So we have a choice. We can stay at the strategy level or we go into the mood board.

Speaker A (11:33)

When I am going into the mood board, you are saying that I am going into the design. So that's what I am already doing.

Speaker A (11:40)

So then let's sit at the strategy level, no? So that's why I am showing you and explaining to you.

Speaker A (11:45)

Then there is these, forget trends. You will get to see all whatever you have in your … The TNAs in the second, third class.

Speaker B (11:54)

Okay.

Speaker A (11:54)

Okay. So now what I wanted concept from you is how fabrics and garments, first question is, who exist in one platform? Is it like there's a toggle when you, it's in fabric mode, you see like Pinterest and fabrics.

Speaker A (12:12)

When you see it in government mode, you see it in garments. And then when there is a link between fabrics and garments, you can see it in each other's entry.

Speaker A (12:19)

Is that a way you would imagine it? This is a Pinterest.

Speaker A (12:25)

Today it's only garments. We want to have fabrics also.

Speaker A (12:29)

Correct? And it will be fabrics that we have got access to in our library of fabrics. It could also be fabrics that we actually used for production and or developments.

Speaker A (12:40)

But it could be even none of those. So I am trying to first understand that how would you like, so today if I gave you this library, you want to be able to, you want it mixed in the same thing, fabrics and garments or is it more like a, like imagine a switch.

Speaker A (12:56)

You are in garment mode. There is the fabrics.

Speaker A (12:58)

Show me the fabrics. Today there is no fabrics.

Speaker A (13:00)

I am trying to say that. I don't need no.

Speaker A (13:01)

So let's make a separate this thing for the fabrics.

Speaker B (13:03)

What should I am asking? Separate page.

Speaker A (13:04)

Separate page for fabrics. Okay.

Speaker A (13:07)

Then the next question. Then you can superimpose any fabric on any garment and say, Okay.

Speaker A (13:11)

That's what I am asking. Those are the type of things which are, No.

Speaker A (13:16)

This is life.

Speaker B (13:17)

They are doing it.

Speaker A (13:17)

The whole company is doing it today. Your entire company has this tool that they can put a superimpose a fabric on a garment.

Speaker A (13:23)

That's what they are doing really. But that's already life.

Speaker A (13:26)

I am trying to make it into one ecosystem. So, like for example, there could be a button for new garment.

Speaker A (13:33)

Right? And when you say new garment, it can say, okay, you have a reference fabric. You have a reference shape.

Speaker A (13:42)

And then it makes it on a model. Or you have the actual garment picture you just wanted on a model.

Speaker A (13:47)

That's what new garment can be. Right?

Speaker A (13:49)

So you could have the whole garment. You could have just the shape and you want the fabric from the internet.

Speaker A (13:54)

Or you have just the fabric actual and you want the garment shape from the internet. And you combine the two.

Speaker A (13:59)

And then you can even give edits like make it longer, make it two pockets. That's what essentially make a garment is.

Speaker A (14:05)

In shirts. In ladies, it's not like that.

Speaker A (14:08)

Okay. What is it in ladies? In anything.

Speaker A (14:11)

It can be add frill, add lace, add... I am saying add whatever.

Speaker A (14:15)

As long as you can describe it or give it a reference. Now, how would it work if...

Speaker A (14:24)

So, let's say you make a concept. That concept should get saved back to the library because it's a concept.

Speaker A (14:32)

It's not... You know, people will make hundred concepts but it will not be a good concept.

Speaker A (14:38)

So... It's like an ideation. Like you have portrayed an idea.

Speaker A (14:41)

Do you want the system to capture that idea or do you want... Or is it go through some kind of a quality control?

Speaker A (14:47)

Like somebody like add in or you go and say okay no this is a library material otherwise it's just like a... Dump section or something like that.

Speaker A (14:56)

Because the way you organize a library is how it will get the value out of it. It can be done anyhow.

Speaker A (15:03)

That is the... The kind of...

Speaker A (15:06)

If there is no constraint then let people do what they want no? Rather than somebody like me saying it is okay but...

Speaker A (15:13)

No, but when you open the library and somebody... If I have gone and done 20 experiments and it's cluttered between...

Speaker A (15:18)

This will only be used by people who are doing design no? They are not going to be used by juniors and...

Speaker A (15:25)

Maybe I think the answer will be... It will be filters.

Speaker A (15:28)

We can do it the rollback based no? Like let's say if Aaron has like logged in.

Speaker A (15:33)

Their view would be different then the intern who have logged in the view would be different. We can segregate based on roll based no?

Speaker A (15:42)

I think the best would be to add to the library you know. It has to be a conscious thing.

Speaker A (15:46)

But what we... Anyway, if it does...

Speaker A (15:48)

Is this a concept? Or we actually have the government?

Speaker A (15:51)

That has to be known. Is it production or is it development?

Speaker A (15:54)

We have to segregate those kind of things. Yeah, those things have to be segregated.

Speaker A (15:57)

Correct. Now suppose... Okay.

Speaker A (16:02)

You have this library dad. And boards are important I'm sure.

Speaker A (16:06)

Right? Boards are like a collection within that. So...

Speaker A (16:10)

What this... Sonal Intel group is...

Speaker A (16:13)

Can you tell me just in your own words... How you want sharing?

Speaker A (16:16)

What is the sharing you want? Is sharing...

Speaker A (16:19)

See one having a Pinterest is anyway sharing. But this could be 4 months old.

Speaker A (16:23)

This could be 1 month old. So...

Speaker A (16:25)

How do you think about sharing? Is it just enough to put it here and share the boards here?

Speaker A (16:29)

Or do you want some kind of... I'm just giving up.

Speaker A (16:32)

Like maybe we can have a homepage. Which is like a feed.

Speaker A (16:35)

Right? Like literally like a feed. Like a Facebook feed or a Twitter feed or something.

Speaker A (16:39) Showing ki... Okay.

Speaker A (16:40)

Gunjan made this board. I will say that let him or you both study Pinterest in detail and see how it works.

Speaker A (16:52)

Because it works brilliant. But what is missing is a feed no?

Speaker A (16:56)

Like if today... If Gunjan has created a collection for her one buyer called Sveira.

Speaker A (17:00)

Where she has put effort. And if I open this as Nihar.

Speaker A (17:04)

I get to see like a... You know...

Speaker A (17:05)

I don't want to see all your photos on your phone. But you put in Facebook I want to see.

Speaker A (17:08)

So we can have a view like that. Ki...

Speaker A (17:10)

Gunjan has published this board as the final board. So now if I am interested in it.

Speaker A (17:14)

I can click on it. I can click on it.

Speaker A (17:15)

Ah... Idea... So that will solve your sharing problem.

Speaker A (17:18)

And she can... We can tell people ki...

Speaker A (17:19)

Put a... That...

Speaker A (17:21) Free lines over there. Comments ki...

Speaker A (17:22) What is this board about? Right?

Speaker A (17:23)

And it will anyways have tags. This is a floral...

Speaker A (17:27) Polyester based... Women's...

Speaker A (17:29) With embellishments. This is...

Speaker A (17:30)

That automatically it will tell. This is the...

Speaker A (17:34)

So you can search. You can search for boards with...

Speaker A (17:36)

That type of vibes in it. Right?

Speaker A (17:41)

It's more about the user experience I am going to get to. Let's see...

Speaker A (17:43)

Twitter... I mean not Twitter. Pinterest to both the eyes go.

Speaker A (17:46)

In fact what we will do is... This is right now...

Speaker A (17:48)

Even no... Pinterest is a little bit more creative related.

Speaker A (17:51)

Kuch lamba hai... Kuch chota hai...

Speaker A (17:52)

Kuch... And also... You cannot have five.

Speaker A (17:54)

You have to have only maximum three or four in a... In a one row.

Speaker B (17:58)

And it will become bigger then. That's okay?

Speaker A (18:00)

Yeah. That is what it is required. So then what will happen dad because this is going to be thousands of...

Speaker A (18:09)

Okay. You cannot have very symmetrical and very small images. Okay.

Speaker A (18:16)

So if it is... All it requires is somebody going through Pinterest in detail and in two three days you can understand what Pinterest is all about and then you can...

Speaker A (18:24)

No sir, I have a question on this. If there are bigger ones which is good then the key is the library has to show you what you are...

Speaker A (18:32)

You are... Desirous to see it.

Speaker A (18:35)

Because there will be thousands and thousands of things in this. So what I am saying is...

Speaker A (18:38)

Just trying to... How do you see what you desire?

Speaker A (18:40)

Right? Would it... Would you be happy to you see it?

Speaker A (18:42)

There are all filters here. So if you can say...

Speaker A (18:45)

Men's, women's, blouse, shirt, dress, floral, this, that... Resort collar...

Speaker A (18:50)

That's what I am saying in Pinterest. You just search for whatever you want to search for.

Speaker A (18:54)

So you want to do a search bar. Yeah.

Speaker A (18:56)

Okay. Man, your search bar ka logic has to be very strong. I am just sharing with you...

Speaker A (19:02)

I have my nephew... He is an AI PhD or some...

Speaker A (19:05)

I don't know... Masters...

Speaker A (19:06)

He has got a job at Google. He has one project...

Speaker A (19:09)

Did this search bar thing. Search bar thing.

Speaker A (19:11)

Now I don't know if it is something... Maybe a technology...

Speaker A (19:13)

Everyone has that now. But he did it one and a half years ago.

Speaker A (19:16)

So he will give us that technology if you want. But what that does is...

Speaker A (19:20) When you describe something... It's...

Speaker A (19:22) Indexes your... I mean...

Speaker A (19:23) Very quick... It will rank actually...

Speaker A (19:26) That one match...

Speaker B (19:27) That one match...

Speaker A (19:27) That one match... That one match...

Speaker A (19:28) Correct. So it is already easy... Easy...

Speaker A (19:32) It is not... Okay...

Speaker A (19:35)

So through search it can come. Through search we can do it.

Speaker A (19:38)

Like... They don't even need to have the technical word... They can...

Speaker A (19:41)

Layman's term... That one can say...

Speaker A (19:43)

I want a black blouse... Or you know...

Speaker A (19:44)

I have a black t-shirt... Something like this...

Speaker A (19:47)

Okay... So... One is the searching thing through library dad...

Speaker A (19:50)

One is mood word decoder... Which will take out...

Speaker A (19:53)

So this you are saying... It will tell you essentially...

Speaker A (19:55)

What are the relevant things for us... In this mood board...

Speaker A (19:57)

Right... And... Are the buckets correct...

Speaker A (19:59) Colors... Fabrics... Shapes...

Speaker A (20:02)

And...

Speaker C (20:04) Prints...

Speaker A (20:04) Value addition... And...

Speaker A (20:05)

Value addition... These five things are...

Speaker A (20:07)

Wherever it's relevant... It can take out...

Speaker A (20:09)

And give it in these sections... So you can see whichever section...

Speaker A (20:12) Okay... Then... After mood board decoding...

Speaker A (20:15)

Let's talk about... Research of brands...

Speaker A (20:17) Today... You... This girl makes...

Speaker A (20:20) Presentation of Zara Men's... She takes one day to make...

Speaker A (20:23)

One... And sends a PDF... Of 20 different garments...

Speaker A (20:26)

You know... With prices...

Speaker A (20:27) And fabric... Details...

Speaker A (20:28) And all... Which is just copy paste...

Speaker A (20:30)

From the website... Right...

Speaker A (20:32)

So... Can you tell me a little bit... What is this needed...

Speaker A (20:35)

Like... What I had in mind is... This is not going to happen...

Speaker A (20:39)

Ideally... You give some... You give some...

Speaker A (20:41)

Some... Some things... That I'm looking for...

Speaker A (20:44)

This... This... And then...

Speaker A (20:45)

Those things should come out... Okay...

Speaker A (20:47)

So maybe what we can have... Is two things...

Speaker A (20:49)

One is... They run a...

Speaker A (20:50) Dedicated research... So...

Speaker A (20:53) These people... They say...

Speaker A (20:54) They say... That...

Speaker A (20:54) These two brands... That...

Speaker A (21:02)

But... What I was trying to solve for... Which I think is...

Speaker A (21:06) A better version of this is... Primark...

Speaker A (21:09) You know... You can today only say...

Speaker A (21:10)

Confidently... These 10 brands are relevant... For...

Speaker A (21:13)

Their men's department... There may be more tomorrow...

Speaker A (21:16)

But... Today we know that... These 10 are definitely relevant...

Speaker A (21:18)

So... Why don't for like... 30...

Speaker A (21:20)

40... Main brands that we... Are reference brands in the world...

Speaker A (21:23) We have... An agent...

Speaker A (21:25)

Go... Like... The computer goes...

Speaker A (21:28)

And makes a catalogue... Out of everything that they have...

Speaker A (21:31) And...

Speaker B (21:32)

Like...

Speaker A (21:32) That is the problem... When you...

Speaker A (21:34)

When you have too many... You will not look at it...

Speaker A (21:37) You have to focus... No...

Speaker A (21:38) So then... What I am trying to say is...

Speaker A (21:40)

The library gets made... Then you same way search...

Speaker A (21:42)

And say... For these brands...

Speaker A (21:44)

I want to see this... And only those will show them...

Speaker A (21:46)

But you've already done the scraping...

Speaker B (21:48) In the world...

Speaker A (21:49)

Like... It doesn't take you 20 minutes to get it... Meaning...

Speaker A (21:51)

You have the whole world in your... So...

Speaker A (22:01)

Let's give them the functionality... Is he...

Speaker A (22:04)

Scrape... Scrape... Like...

Speaker A (22:06)

Yeah... Even if you are scraping... Something...

Speaker A (22:08)

It would be similar to like this... Like...

Speaker A (22:10)

I have given a description... What the buyer's name is...

Speaker A (22:13)

And... Details about the buyer... Like...

Speaker A (22:15)

They are looking for... Stuff like this...

Speaker A (22:17)

So... What the AI did... It got to the printer's website...

Speaker A (22:20)

It got to the Zara website... And...

Speaker A (22:22)

Fetch... Those details... Now...

Speaker A (22:24) When you click on it tomorrow... It will...

Speaker A (22:26) It should ideally... Open...

Speaker A (22:27) In the same way as... Other...

Speaker A (22:28)

Other... In the view... It should give a card...

Speaker A (22:34) Saying... Okay... This is...

Speaker A (22:36)

Whatever... Because the website already has what the classic is... And what everything is...

Speaker A (22:39)

And... Now you also put a link... So you can actually click on this...

Speaker A (22:41)

And go and see the actual Pinterest...

Speaker B (22:43) The whole collection...

Speaker A (22:44)

Where it came from... So...

Speaker A (22:48) This also will do... So...

Speaker A (22:50)

Mood board decor... Finding other brands...

Speaker A (22:52) General search... Across all our collections...

Speaker A (22:55) What else? Most important is...

Speaker A (22:58) You are saying that... People are doing this...

Speaker A (23:00) Using this... Most important is...

Speaker A (23:02) It should be... On everybody's computer...

Speaker A (23:04) Live... Every day... This is today live...

Speaker A (23:07) I'm just saying... It's not made fully...

Speaker A (23:09) The way you want it... Yeah...

Speaker A (23:11) Work can lead progress... It can...

Speaker B (23:13) It's already live... That will be live...

Speaker B (23:14) For everyone...

Speaker A (23:15) Everybody does it... So...

Speaker A (23:16) We have to... It's like an intranet...

Speaker A (23:18) That you... When you come to the company...

Speaker A (23:20) You log in...

Speaker B (23:21) That is what it is...

Speaker A (23:22) Everyone has a username and password... And...

Speaker A (23:24)

And they can log in... Anywhere in the world...

Speaker A (23:26)

From it... As a website...

Speaker A (23:27)

Like how you log in to Gmail... And the other thing...

Speaker A (23:34)

On... Order tracking... We're...

Speaker A (23:37)

Going to make... Like...

Speaker A (23:38) This is live... This is a primark order...

Speaker A (23:41) Like... This is just a... We propose to...

Speaker A (23:43) Let me look at it... That...

Speaker A (23:46) Orders received... These are not...

Speaker A (23:48)

One after the other... In the pre-production...

Speaker A (23:50) It can happen simultaneously... So the...

Speaker A (23:52) Profile areas are... Approvals...

Speaker A (23:54)

Fabric... Trims and Value Add... Then there's a PCD rate...

Speaker A (23:58) Then there's stitching... Cutting...

Speaker A (23:59) And whatever... Finishing...

Speaker A (24:00) Cutting... Stitching... Finishing...

Speaker A (24:02)

But... This will not be live right now... We're focusing on this...

Speaker A (24:05) So the idea is... You can see...

Speaker A (24:07) In one page... All the orders...

Speaker A (24:09) And see... If it's red...

Speaker A (24:11)

Like... This is... You can see...

Speaker A (24:12)

There's a blinking thing... I mean...

Speaker A (24:14) It improves the... This thing...

Speaker A (24:17) That means... There's a problem there...

Speaker A (24:18)

On the trims... And when you click on that...

Speaker A (24:20) You can see down... And you can see...

Speaker A (24:21) Each milestone... Within trims...

Speaker A (24:23) And you can see... When it was due...

Speaker A (24:24) And when it actually... When it is open...

Speaker A (24:26) So like... When you go into this order...

Speaker A (24:33) So now... I made a simple...

Speaker A (24:35) This is a... Detailed way to see an order...

Speaker A (24:37)

Now... This is the different tracks... This is the approval track...

Speaker A (24:40) Here it comes... One after the other...

Speaker A (24:42) Approval... First you get... Order creation...

Speaker A (24:44) Then order... Briefing is done...

Speaker A (24:45)

Then... PP sample submission... PP sample approval...

Speaker A (24:49)

Plank... Whatever... Something like that...

Speaker A (24:50) Then there's... Maybe there's...

Speaker A (24:52)

Size set... Something...

Speaker A (24:53)

So... It will show you... It will show you...

Speaker A (24:55)

And what is... A problem...

Speaker A (25:00)

It will show you... It's a problem...

Speaker A (25:01) So the idea... Here...

Speaker A (25:02)

I'm already working... With Khamath...

Speaker A (25:03)

I'm gonna give you... An idea...

Speaker A (25:05)

That... In one shot... Somebody will be able...

Speaker A (25:07) To log in... If it's a fabric guy...

Speaker A (25:09) He can say... For all...

Speaker A (25:11) Primark orders... Show me...

Speaker A (25:12)

Everywhere... Where the... FOB is delayed...

Speaker A (25:16) Like... And then... The concept here is...

Speaker A (25:23)

Everything should... How I'll drive it...

Speaker A (25:26) Is... We're not gonna ask... Someone to do...

Speaker A (25:28)

Here... Only everyone logs in... Into our system...

Speaker A (25:31)

So... Just a... Big brief...

Speaker A (25:33)

Orders are coming on email... He's already created an email...

Speaker A (25:36) Called something... Bohm...

Speaker A (25:38) All orders... Will have to be...

Speaker A (25:40) Forwarded to that... Email ID...

Speaker A (25:42) From that... It will extract...

Speaker A (25:43)

It will know one source of truth... Order came on this date...

Speaker A (25:47)

Maybe the price is not finalized... Maybe the quantity is not finalized...

Speaker A (25:49) All that is fine... But...

Speaker A (25:50) Order has come... So now...

Speaker A (25:52) The next step is... Within...

Speaker A (25:54) I will propose in 24 hours... A...

Speaker A (25:57)

The... Lot is created... Lot number...

Speaker A (25:59)

And... The TNA... A plan is submitted...

Speaker A (26:02)

This will only help submit the plan... How it will do it...

Speaker A (26:05)

Is... Here they login... It will ask them 3-4 questions...

Speaker A (26:07)

Upload the cost sheet... The cost sheet will tell...

Speaker A (26:09) The value addition... It will ask...

Speaker A (26:12) What is your... Fabric...

Speaker A (26:13) Lead time... What is the value addition...

Speaker A (26:15) Lead time... What is the...

Speaker A (26:16) Few questions... We already have norms...

Speaker A (26:19) Like I was giving you... This much usually...

Speaker A (26:22) Doesn't have to be fixed... But this is a...

Speaker A (26:24) Best practice... Production time required...

Speaker A (26:26)

For orders like this... Or for this buyer...

Speaker A (26:29) Right... If the... Merchant...

Speaker A (26:31) Or the fabric... The head of that...

Speaker A (26:33) Fabric... Has submitted... As per the...

Speaker A (26:36) A suitable thing... It creates the order...

Speaker A (26:38) Pushes it to everyone... If it's breaking...

Speaker A (26:42) Suppose he has... Unfortunately...

Speaker A (26:43)

Less time to production... It will go to the...

Speaker A (26:45) Planning team... Or whoever we want...

Speaker A (26:47) And say... Listen...

Speaker A (26:48) This is required... This is...

Speaker A (26:49) Needed to be made... In 20 days...

Speaker A (26:50) Not 25... But they have to reply...

Speaker A (26:52) Within 24 hours... If they don't...

Speaker A (26:55) Confirm... In 24 hours... Me...

Speaker A (26:57) Because you... Whoever will get an alert...

Speaker A (26:58) Saying... This is a... Undecided thing...

Speaker A (27:00) It's a... Already...

Speaker A (27:01) Order... So... In...

Speaker A (27:42) This is finished... In...

Speaker A (27:44)

Library... Do you have any questions? Where do we need to start from?

Speaker A (27:49)

The most important is to get... Our...

Speaker A (27:52)

Team to start uploading... What they're making...

Speaker A (27:54)

To make the decoder of the mood board... To make research from other brands happen...

Speaker A (27:58)

To make presentations happen... What are the priorities you think...

Speaker A (28:01)

Like... Would be... Like...

Speaker A (28:02)

Is it the first... The design kind of a thing...

Speaker A (28:04)

Or the... Research kind of a thing...

Speaker A (28:06)

Where they have to... Go to the Zara...

Speaker A (28:08)

Or Pinted's website... To search...

Speaker A (28:09)

What are the trends happening over there... Or like...

Speaker A (28:12)

The decoder kind of thing... If you want to prioritize...

Speaker A (28:14)

What are the... First three things...

Speaker A (28:16) Last question... In...

Speaker A (28:32)

Library... What priority would you put... Just to leave...

Speaker A (28:36)

There is... Sealing of our comments...

Speaker A (28:38)

On the... On the thing...

Speaker A (28:39)

Which I think we can start by... No...

Speaker A (28:40) We can start... Is it...

Speaker A (28:41)

Mood board decoding... Research of other brands...

Speaker A (28:45)

Making presentations... Out of selections...

Speaker A (28:47)

And... Making it fast... In PDF...

Speaker A (28:49)

In AI... Which of this would you prioritize...

Speaker A (28:52)

What is the... What is the...

Speaker A (28:53)

Natural steps... What is one thing...

Speaker A (29:02) You're saying... Searching other brands...

Speaker B (29:03) Yeah...

Speaker A (29:04) The third thing... Is that...

Speaker B (29:05) Presentation...

Speaker A (29:06)

Presentation... That's... Less important...

Speaker A (29:11) Aaj...

Speaker B (29:11) Manual...

Speaker A (29:12)

Whichever... Whichever is faster... Whichever is easier to do...

Speaker A (29:15)

First... But is the first thing... Is that...

Speaker A (29:18)

They are to start... Saving everything...

Speaker A (29:19)

Immediately... That they are making... Onto the...

Speaker A (29:23) System... And... Making boards over...

Speaker A (29:26) Like... Kunjat sent me... Some samples...

Speaker A (29:29) Today... Saying... You know...

Speaker A (29:29)

And... Just send it to me...

Speaker C (29:32) Yeah...

Speaker A (29:33) Instead of... Sending it to me...

Speaker A (29:34) To see... There has come...

Speaker A (29:36) System...

Speaker B (29:37) So...

Speaker A (29:38) This... Feed idea... If there's a page...

Speaker A (29:42) Where you can see...

Speaker B (29:43) Updates...

Speaker A (29:44) Done... Any mood board... Comes...

Speaker A (29:45) It has to be... Automatically...

Speaker A (29:46) There... Feed has to be... Smart...

Speaker A (29:47) It can't be... The dumb feed...

Speaker A (29:49) It can't be... It can't be...

Speaker B (29:51) It can't be...

Speaker A (29:52) It can't be... I don't know...

Speaker A (29:57) We have to think of this... Little bit...

Speaker A (29:59) All the most... Happening things in design...

Speaker A (30:02) Are shown over there... Like...

Speaker A (30:04) More about an... Event...

Speaker A (30:05) Not a... Micro event...

Speaker A (30:07) Like... Suppose... Somebody...

Speaker A (30:08) Like... Somebody... Made...

Speaker A (30:11) Somebody... Today... Made...

Speaker A (30:12) 20... Entries... Of...

Speaker A (30:13) Fabric... Each entry... Is on...

Speaker A (30:15) The exciting thing... Correct...

Speaker A (30:16) It's that... The collection...

Speaker A (30:17) Is from... China...

Speaker A (30:19) It's a certain... Category...

Speaker A (30:20) So... The event is... Oh...

Speaker A (30:22) We got... A new collection...

Speaker A (30:24) Of Chinese... This type of...

Speaker A (30:25) Fabric... So...

Speaker B (30:25) The...

Speaker A (30:37) Birthday... Event... Is the...

Speaker A (30:39) Event... Not... The photo click...

Speaker A (30:41) Correct...

Speaker B (30:42) Okay...
