docs: split STATUS.md changelog — archive entries ≤2026-06-16

The running "Last updated" changelog had grown to ~44K chars on a single
line (~135 dated entries). Moved entries from 2026-06-16 and earlier into a
new docs/plans/STATUS-ARCHIVE.md (newest-first), leaving the recent ~2 weeks
in STATUS.md with a pointer link. No entries altered, just relocated.
